At Aunt Vannah’s Tallow Co., your satisfaction means everything to us. We carefully handcraft our products in small batches with the highest-quality ingredients. While we hope you love your purchase, we understand that skincare can be personal and results may vary.

Because our products are skincare-based and made fresh, we do not accept returns for safety and hygiene reasons. However, we do offer a satisfaction guarantee:

Refunds

  • If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 30 days of delivery.
  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
  • To process your refund, please contact us at [email protected] with your order number and a brief explanation of your concern.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

  • If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please notify us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the product and packaging. We’ll be happy to send a replacement or issue a refund.

Exceptions

  • Due to the nature of skincare products, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or partially used products.
  • Refund requests made after 30 days from delivery may not be eligible.
